Wet Cupping Therapy

Wet Cupping Therapy, also known as Hijama Therapy, is a traditional healing method that has been practiced for centuries in many cultures around the world. It is a natural therapy that combines suction and controlled bloodletting to help remove toxins, improve blood circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process. This therapy is widely used for pain management, muscle relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

In Wet Cupping Therapy, special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The suction gently pulls the skin upward and increases blood flow to the treated area. After a few minutes, tiny superficial scratches or small incisions are made on the skin using sterile tools. The cups are then reapplied to draw out a small quantity of blood. According to traditional healing principles, this process helps remove stagnant blood, toxins, and impurities from the body.

Wet cupping therapy is commonly used for treating body pain, back pain, neck stiffness, shoulder pain, headaches, migraines, joint pain, and muscle tension. Many people also use this therapy to reduce stress, fatigue, and improve relaxation. It is believed that improving blood circulation helps supply oxygen and nutrients to body tissues, which may support faster healing and recovery.

Online Mode:
Classes will be conducted through virtual platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

Workshop Mode:
Workshops will be held at our Jodhpur Institute or at authorized training centers.

The duration of our in-person workshops is pre-scheduled and typically ranges from 4 to 6 days, conducted at our Jodhpur Institute or authorized training centers.

Upon completion of the online or workshop course, a test will be conducted. The question paper will be sent via WhatsApp or courier, and you are required to submit the completed answer sheet to receive your certificate.
