Syllabus: Internship Activities
- Orientation & Safety Training
- Clinical setup, sterilization, and hygiene.
- Needle handling, disposal & infection control.
- Contraindications and emergency precautions.
- Anatomy & Trigger Points
- Musculoskeletal anatomy review.
- Identification of myofascial trigger points.
- Understanding referred pain patterns.
- Dry Needling Techniques
- Safe needle insertion methods.
- Depth, angle & duration of needle retention.
- Superficial vs deep needling.
- Use of Dry Needling for muscle relaxation & pain relief.
- Clinical Practice
Supervised treatment for:
- Pain management (back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain).
- Sports injuries (tennis elbow, shin splints, calf strain).
- Postural dysfunctions.
- Chronic pain & myofascial syndromes.
- Case Studies & Documentation
Each student prepares 5–10 case reports including:
- Patient problem.
- Trigger points identified.
- Needle technique applied.
- Patient’s response & feedback.
- Supervision & Feedback
- Mentor observes Dry Needling applications.
- Corrections in point selection, technique, and safety.
- Guidance for better clinical results.
- Final Evaluation & Certification
- Practical exam: Full Dry Needling session demonstration.
- Case study file submission.
- Award of Internship Completion Certificate in Dry Needling Therapy.

| Qualification Criteria: |
Only students who have successfully completed the Diploma in Dry Needling (D.Dr.N.) are eligible for this internship. |

- Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card (Identity & Address Proof).
- One recent passport size color photograph.
- Marksheet or certificate of last educational qualification – e.g., 10th / 12th / Graduation.
- Certificate of Diploma in Dry Needling.
Submission of Documents via Soft Copy (E-Copy)
- We accept soft copies (e-copies) of the required documents for admission.
- No need to submit physical documents initially.
- Students may send scanned copies or clear photos via Email or WhatsApp.
- Originals will only be required for verification if necessary.
