4. Yogic Philosophy & Practice

Yogic texts: Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita (selected portions).

Asanas (Postures) – standing, sitting, supine & prone.

Pranayama (Breathing techniques).

Dhyana (Meditation) & Relaxation practices.

Yoga for therapeutic applications (back pain, diabetes, hypertension, stress).
5. Clinical Naturopathy & Yoga Therapy

Case studies in obesity, arthritis, digestive issues, insomnia, etc.

Integrative approach with modern health systems.
6. Practical Training

Conducting yoga sessions for individuals & groups.
