Harth

This is the third symbol you learn at the first level of the Karuna Reiki system. One might notice a resemblance between this word and the term “heart.” This is not by chance because Harth represents pure love and light.

Harth Reiki symbol opens the gateways to the highest and purest forms of energy and vibration. This leads to an understanding of unconditional and divine love.

I would advise activating this symbol on the crown, third eye, throat, and heart chakras before using it in self-treatment. This action, especially at the crown chakra level, will help generate a pure desire to love life and everything in it.

Activating Harth on the heart and throat chakras has the role of helping improve your emotional connection with the people in your life. And, everything related to aiding the heart area has the potential of fighting most cardiac issues.

The Sequence

Cho Ku Rei + Sei He Ki + Shika Sei Ki + Harth + Dai Ko Myo is the ideal sequence of Reiki symbols to:

• Eliminate emotional blockages by enhancing the feeling of compassion and forgiveness towards ourselves and others;
• Physically speaking, this sequence can potentially keep any cardiovascular issues at bay. After all, most physical problems derive from an imbalance at the energetic level, which, in turn, has its roots in the spiritual world. A lack of self-love and compassion towards others leads to a negative physical cause within the cardiac area;
• Slowly place your emotional body in a state of healing by bringing to the conscious mind the source of imbalances at this level;
• Fills your heart chakra – Anahata and the heart’s energy center with pure beneficial energy;
