Gnosa

This is the first symbol from the second level of Karuna Reiki and represents “knowledge.” Marie Abraham channeled it through guided meditation.

Gnosa is in strong relation with the angels and entities of Divine wisdom. Activate it on your palms and superior chakras to enhance your intuition and ability to learn and understand. If you constantly use it in your practice, it can stimulate your memory and creative side.

On a more spiritual note, you can use Gnosa to connect to your higher self and unveil the absolute Divine truth. This will be in accordance with your present level of vibration and understanding.
This Karuna Reiki symbol can bring to the surface your potential for true spiritual knowledge and wisdom. It’s a way to become more aware of essential values like compassion, understanding, and forgiveness. But to assist others, you have to cultivate these qualities within yourself.

Gnosa supports self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love in a harmonious, non-narcissistic way. Once you have embodied and integrated these qualities, you will radiate them outwards.

But the symbol also has a more practical use that can gradually eliminate fatigue, help you recover from hangovers, and give you a strong general focus. You can draw a double Gnosa on your crown chakra to enable this function.

While “knowledge” is the go-to term for Gnosa, “awareness” is probably the best way to describe its more profound role.
